Returns
In all cases, you must notify us within fourteen (14) calendar days from receiving the product of your intention to return it.
Contact us at info@kapanitrade.gr stating the reason for which you wish to return the product.
You must also provide a contact phone number and your order number.
Within 24 hours (working days), you will receive the necessary instructions for the return, provided the return request is accepted.
If the product is defective, you may return it free of charge within 14 calendar days from receipt.
After the necessary inspection, an identical product will be sent to you without any additional charge.
If the same product is not available, we will contact you again.
Products manufactured upon order (e.g., with your custom design) cannot be returned.
In the event that the product you ordered was not sent, you may return the product.
You will be provided with instructions for the return.
Refunds are always made using the same payment method used for the original charge.
An exception applies to cash on delivery.
In this case, the refund will be made to the buyer’s bank account.
The refund process will begin once we receive your returned package.
It will be completed no later than 7 calendar days from the date the products are received.
A necessary condition is that the products are in excellent condition.
You may request the cancellation of your order before production begins or, for ready-made products, before shipment.
A necessary condition for returns is that the products are in excellent condition and that prior communication has taken place.
We reserve the right not to accept returned products that do not meet the above return conditions or to apply an additional charge if the partner courier companies suggested to you are not used.
In any case of return, the original courier shipping charges and/or cash on delivery charges, if any, are NOT refundable.
The refund amount is calculated based only on the value of the product.
